The Spanish town of Rosas, located beneath the Cabo de Creus Mountain, is a popular holiday destination, with the small coves dotted along the coastline being among the sunniest in Catalonia. The south of the town opens onto the bay, which has been a port since ancient times, enjoying extensive beaches of fine sand. Rosas is an ideal location from which to discover the Catalan region and culture. Our excursions include a guided tour through the area to the magnificent capital city of Barcelona. We tour through the dramatic scenery of the Gerona Pyrenees, visiting the historic town of Besalu, now a National Heritage Site, and also visit Figures, the home town of Salvador Dali, where you can visit a museum exhibiting some of his extraordinary sculptures and paintings. There is also leisure time to explore the delights of Rosas.

Hotel:

THE HOTEL MEDITERRANEO PARK - The Hotel Mediterraneo Park has a picturesque location just 180 metres from Santa Margarita beach. This modern hotel has a reputation for providing comfortable accommodation and excellent service. The restaurant serves a variety of cuisine, including many traditional favourites and European classics. For relaxing you can take advantage of the hotel leisure facilities, including a heated pool, jacuzzi and sauna. For your convenience there is a lift in the hotel.
