This weekend break travels to the seaside resort of Blackpool on the Lancashire coast. For over two months the vast Promenade and the Blackpool Tower are transformed, with a range of fibre optics, impressive lasers and traditional style lamps. The first set of illuminations were displayed in 1879. Since then each year has seen the show grow in size and complexity. We have included an evening excursion round the Illuminations, while your days are at leisure, giving you time to experience the many delights of Blackpool.Hotel:
