Callander is a bustling holiday town, vibrant with activities, places of interest and a proud tradition of hospitality. Situated on the banks of the meandering River Teith, the town boasts some fine coffee shops, fascinating traditional stores and the Rob Roy & Trossachs Visitor Centre. At Loch Katrine you have the opportunity to sail back in time on the steamship "Sir Walter Scott".The beauty of Loch Katrine was little known until Sir Walter Scott published his poem "The Lady of the Lake" in 1810. After that, it became a favourite place to visit. Loch Katrine is eight miles long and an average of one mile wide and flanked by mountains on all sides. You have the opportunity to take a boat trip on the steam ship "Sir Walter Scott", giving fantastic views of the area.

8:00am Depart Skene Street, Aberdeen.
Self Service Morning Coffee stop.
Visit to Callander for lunch stop.
Depart Callander and travel to Loch Katrine. (Fare not included for optional boat trip appox £12 adult, £10.50 concession)
Depart Loch Katrine and travel via Lochearnhead and Crieff.
Self Service High Tea stop.
8:30pm Back in Aberdeen.
