The Falkirk Wheel is the World's first and only rotating boat-lift, specially designed to transport boats from the Forth and Clyde Canal to the Union Canal. As part of the Millennium Link project the wheel now reconnects central Scotland's sea to sea canal for the first time in over 70 years.

Included in the fare is a memorable trip on a canal boat from the visitor centre, through the tunnel under the historic Antonine Wall, before emerging on the wheel itself. The Wheel will then rotate you from a height of 36 meters to reconnect you with the canal below.

8:15am Depart Skene Street, Aberdeen.
10:15am Stop for optional morning coffee.
12:15pm Visit to the Falkirk Wheel and Visitor Centre (entry included).
Time for trip on Wheel, lunch and look around visitor centre. Depart 2:45pm.
4:15pm Afternoon optional coffee stop.
6:30pm Arrive back in Aberdeen.
